Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned events can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment.
Should this occur, we respectfully ask that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 24hrs in advance but implore you to please call a minimum of 3 hours before if you are unable to make your appointment!
You can reply to your text message to accept & decline your appointment & if we do not receive a message we will also try and call you to confirm. If you have booked the day before or on the day this is confirmation of your appointment.
We will always take into account the situation arising from the non-attendance and all reasonable efforts and contact will be used in determining if a did not attend fee is going to be issued.
A did-not-attend fee will be payable for all non-attendance with no contact or reply’s to contact from Reception
The cancellation fee is equal the type of appointment eg. Standard appointment cancellation fee = $92.10 as above
